Meg Donica, LMFTMeg is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She then earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. Meg brings an openhearted, calm, inviting presence that puts people around her at ease. She makes room for people and their unique stories, creating a safe space for clients to process and explore the complexities of life’s trials, bumps and curveballs. The wide variety of such challenges is why Meg believes in a holistic approach to therapy. She helps clients pay attention to their emotions, thoughts, spirit, relationships and patterns -- because each of these areas deserves to be cared for and given the opportunity to grow during hard times. She also approaches therapy from a systems perspective, which is a fancy way of saying that she knows life’s problems are rarely as isolated as we think they are. She has a passion for helping people understand how past and present relationships have shaped them for better or worse, even their relationship with themselves. She cultivates a collaborative dynamic between therapist and client -- working together in a relational, emotional and reflective process to allow the client to live freely and confidently as his or her most authentic self.
Meg is currently not accepting new clients. Please visit our contact page for more information. |
